TIPS FOR SUBMITTING A REQUEST

To enable staff to respond to your request as efficiently as possible, please be specific and detailed regarding the records you are seeking. For example, information such as the title of a document, report number, or a date range(s) are helpful. Please do not include any confidential information, such as birthdate, social security number, etc.

FEES FOR RESPONSIVE RECORDS

There is no cost for receiving records electronically (e.g., e-mail). However, the County does charge 15 cents per page (8.5" by 11”) when requested to print records. For requests requiring records to be placed on a media device, such as a CD, the County will assess a fee to cover the actual cost of the media used.
